Apply a small amount to clean, dry skin over the breast area. Massage gently using circular motions, moving outward toward the armpit to support lymphatic flow. Best Used after a warm shower or before bed. May use 1-2 times daily or as needed for relief. AVOID NIPPLE AREA IF PREGNANT OR BREASTFEEDING DO NOT USE.
