We accept returns within 30 days if the item is unused and in original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened products.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your item is damaged or incorrect, please email kjones@healfromwithinly,com  within 1-3 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or a refund.

 

How do I store essential oils?

Keep in cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and tightly sealed to maintain their potency.

Can I apply essential oils directly to my skin?

Some essential oils must be diluted before applying to the skin. Check product instructions or use carrier oil like coconut or jojoba oil.
