Returns & Refunds

Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on items that have been opened or used. This policy is in a place to protect the safety, quality, and integrity of every product we provide.

All sales are considered final once a product has been opened or used.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right.

Order Cancellations:

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placing them. After this window, our preparation process begins, and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
