Heal From Within was born during one of the most transformative seasons of my life -- a time a physical pain, emotional refinement, and spiritual awakening.  My body, mind, and spirit were all calling for restoration.

 

In that quiet season of prayer, reflection, and ancestral remembrance, I began returning to the natural remedies and healing wisdom that had always lived within my lineage. What once felt like breaking became rebuilding. What once felt like breaking became rebuilding. What felt like loss became awakening. And what I believed was the end... became the beginning of my purpose.
 

A  Journey Through Healing and Reclamation

 

For years, I carried physical discomfort, emotional weight, and a longing to feel whole again. As I began to heal layer by layer, I returned to the wisdom of my ancestors -- the herbs, oils, prayers, rituals, and intuitive knowledge passed down through generations. 

 

My Choctaw, Cherokee, and Powhatan lineage lives within me, and the spiritual gifts passed down from my grandmother continue to guide my path. Through this reconnection, I began creating oils, herbal blends, creams, and natural remedies -- not as a business at first, but as a way to support my own healing and the healing of my family.

 

Every Formula was created with intention. Every blend carried prayer. Every product was born from lived experience.
