                              The Heart Behind Heal From Within

Heal from Within was born during one of the most painful, transformation, and spiritually awakening seasons of my life.
During a time when my body, my emotions, and my spirit were all calling out for healing. I found myself drawn deeper into prayer, silence, and ancestral remembrance. Through that quiet space, the Most High began revealing truth, restoring clarity, and guiding me back to who I truly was.

What I once saw as breaking. became rebuilding. What felt like loss... became awakening. And what I thought was the end... became the beginning of my purpose.

A Journey Through Pain, Healing, and Reclamation

For years, I carried pain-- physical pain, emotional weight, spiritual exhaustion, and a deep longing to feel whole again. I didn't know it at the time, but the Most High was using that season to strip away everything that wasn't meant for me... so the truth of who I am could finally rise.

As I began to heal, layer by layer, I returned to the wisdom of my ancestors-- the remedies, the prayers, the rituals, the intuition, the inner knowing that had always been inside me. My Choctaw, Cherokee, and Powhatan lineage lives within me, and the spiritual gifts passed down through my grandmother, a full- blooded Choctaw Shaman began reawakening.

Through divine guidance, prayer, and remembrance, I started creating oils, blends, creams, and natural remedies-- not as a business at first, but as a way to heal myself and my family.

Every bottle I made ... helped me heal a little more. Every blend I created... restored something inside me. Every prayer I whispered over these remedies... brought me closer to my purpose.
