Return and Refund Policy

Effective Date: 02/21/2025

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, if the product is unused and in original packaging. Due to the nature of skincare and essential oil products, Opened or used items cannot be returned for safety reasons. Customers are responsible for returning shipping cost if your order is under $20.00. However, if your purchase is above $20.00 and your return an unopened product that has its original seal intact, or defected we will send a free return label to your email.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you on the approval or rejection. If approved, a refund will be processed within 5-7 days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

We offer exchanges for damaged or incorrect items. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items:

Custom-Made or personalized products, Gift cards and downloadable products.
