We accept secure online payments through authorized processors (e.g., Wix Payments, PayPal). All prices are listed in USD. We reserve thr right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

Orders are processed and shipped within (typically 3-5 business days). Shipping times may vary based on location and carrier. You will recieve a tracking number once your order is fulfilled.

Please refer to our Return Policy for all details. Opened or used items are not eligible for return.

We are honored to support your healing journey. Each item is carefully handcrafted with intention and love. Due to the nature of our wellness and personal care products, all sales are considered final. Please review our policy below before placing your order.
Returns:
Because our products are made in small batches for personal wellness and hygiene, we do not accept returns unless:
Your item was damaged during shipping
You received the wrong item
If you experience either of these issues, please reach out to us within 5 days of receiving your order at kjones@healfromwithinly.com. Be sure to include:
Your order number
A clear photo of the item and packaging
Once verified, we'll offer a replacement or store credit.
Refunds are only issued in these cases:
Damaged items that cannot be replaced
Incorrect items sent (and you choose not to receive a replacement)
We do not offer refunds for:
Opened or used products
Allergic reactions ( all ingredients are listed clearly on each product page)
Change of mind/ buyer's remorse
Order Cancellations:
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placing them. After this window, our preparation process begins, and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
